    У статті досліджуються проблеми змісту поняття «туризм» та «туристична діяльність». Аналізуються різноманітні поняття, виявляються характерні складові такого економіко-правового явища, як туризм: тимчасовий виїзд особи, виїзд з місця постійного проживання, визначені законодавством цілі туризму. Проаналізовано необхідність удосконалення чинного законодавства України з порушеного питання. nomic and legal phenomenon. Various concepts are analyzed, the characteristic components of such an economic and legal phenomenon as tourism are revealed: temporary departure of a person, departure from the place of permanent residence, the goals of tourism are determined by legislation.
