    У статті приділено увагу принципам цивільного процесуального права України, які по суті являють собою фундаментальну основу сьогоднішнього правосуддя. Незмінна роль процесуальних принципів має місце і у сфері судової правотворчості, яка об’єктивно виникає при наявності неповноти, нечіткості, суперечності матеріального законодавства чи його відсутності при неможливості застосування правових аналогій. The article pays attention to the principles of civil procedural law of Ukraine, which essentially represent the fundamental basis of today's justice. The constant role of procedural principles also takes place in the field of judicial law-making, which objectively arises in the presence of incompleteness, vagueness, inconsistency of material legislation or its absence in the absence of the application of legal analogies.
