Простежується походження вчення про політику права або правову політику від соціологічних концепцій О. Конта. Показується шлях запозичення теорії соціологічної політики теорією правознавства. The article is devoted to the formation of the doctrine of legal policy in the theory of law in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The origin of the doctrine of the policy of law or legal policy is traced from the sociological concepts of O. Comte. The way of borrowing the theory of sociological policy by the theory of jurisprudence is shown.
