    The experimental study is devoted to solving the problem of perception and understanding by investigators of the National Police of Ukraine of forensic information about offences presented in the form of texts. The expediency of forming the personality of a specialist investigator based on the competence approach is declared, due to which the contradiction between the professionalism of the individual and the professionalism of the activity is eliminated in the educational process. Експериментальне дослідження присвячено розв’язанню проблеми сприймання та розуміння слідчими Національної поліції України криміналістичної інформації про правопорушення, поданої у формі текстів. Декларовано доцільність формування особистості фахівця-слідчого на засадах компетентнісного підходу, завдяки якому в освітньому процесі усувається суперечність між професіоналізмом особистості та професіоналізмом діяльності.

    У методичних рекомендаціях проаналізовано науково-теоретичні та практично орієнтовані дослідження методології визначення ефективності діяльності психолога. Основну увагу зосереджено на складових ефективності діяльності фахівців-психологів Національної поліції України та закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських. Проаналізовано та узагальнено критерії оцінки ефективності професійної діяльності психолога, пропонується дієвий інструментарій процедури оцінювання. The methodological recommendations analyze scientific, theoretical and practically oriented research on the methodology for determining the effectiveness of a psychologist's activities. The main attention is focused on the components of the effectiveness of the activities of psychologists of the National Police of Ukraine and higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers. The criteria for assessing the effectiveness of a psychologist's professional activities are analyzed and generalized, and an effective toolkit for the evaluation procedure is proposed.

    Профілактика аутоагресивних проявів та адикцій у працівників МВС. Preventing Self-Harm and Addictions Among Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

    Науково-практичні рекомендації присвячено аналізу аутоагресивної та адиктивної поведінки в працівників системи МВС України в умовах високих професійних ризиків й інтенсивних психоемоційних навантажень. Висвітлено природу аутоагресії, її основні форми, чинники й динаміку розвитку, схарактеризовано специфіку суїцидальних тенденцій у працівників правоохоронних органів. Визначено маркери ризику й типові моделі формування небезпечних станів. Окреслено психологічні й нейробіологічні механізми залежної поведінки, стадії розвитку адикцій, особливості хімічних і нехімічних залежностей, а також їх вплив на професійну надійність, дисципліну, емоційну регуляцію та загальний функціональний стан працівників МВС. Представлено систему профілактики аутоагресивних виявів і залежної поведінки. Деталізовано механізми первинної, вторинної та третинної психопрофілактики, принципи міжвідомчої взаємодії, методи раннього виявлення ризиків і стандарти надання допомоги працівникам, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності психопрофілактичної роботи, зміцнення психологічної стійкості персоналу та підвищення якості психологічного супроводу в системі МВС України. Видання призначене для фахівців підрозділів психологічного забезпечення, працівників МВС, а також науково-педагогічних працівників. The scientific and practical recommendations are devoted to the analysis of autoaggressive and addictive behavior among employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine under conditions of high occupational risks and intense psycho-emotional stress. The nature of autoaggression, its main forms, factors, and developmental dynamics are examined, and the specifics of suicidal tendencies among law enforcement personnel are characterized. Risk markers and typical models of the formation of hazardous conditions are identified. The psychological and neurobiological mechanisms of addictive behavior, stages of addiction development, and features of both chemical and non-chemical dependencies are outlined, along with their impact on professional reliability, discipline, emotional regulation, and the overall functional state of MIA employees. A system for the prevention of autoaggressive manifestations and addictive behavior is presented. The mechanisms of primary, secondary, and tertiary psychoprophylaxis, principles of interagency cooperation, methods for early risk detection, and standards for providing assistance to personnel are detailed. These measures are aimed at increasing the effectiveness of psychoprophylactic work, strengthening personnel’s psychological resilience, and improving the quality of psychological support within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The publication is intended for specialists of psychological support units, MIA employees, as well as academic and teaching staff.
