    У статті проаналізовано основні існуючі в економічній літературі підходи та уточнено сутність поняття реального сектору економіки та типології його складових. Завдяки цьому вдалося сформулювати ієрархічний комплекс факторів забезпечення конкурентоспроможності регіону та визначити роль і місце еколого-економічних чинників. На підставі аналізу взаємного впливу чинників та програми державної підтримки реального сектору економіки регіонів виокремлено напрямки підвищення еколого-економічної конкурентоспроможності в даному сегменті. В результаті сформульовано комплексні напрямки стимулювання реального сектору економіки в контексті еколого-економічної безпеки регіону. The article analyzes the main approaches existing in the economic literature and clarifies the essence of the concept of the real sector of the economy and the typology of its components. Due to this, it was possible to formulate a hierarchical set of factors for ensuring the competitiveness of the region and determine the role and place of environmental and economic factors. The article presents a pyramid of factors influencing regional competitiveness. The basic factors in it are selected elements of resource support, including staffing Resource and environmental security, in our opinion, are fundamental in shaping the competitiveness of the region, since such components are the most valuable in terms of reproduction and redistribution of capital.
