У статті на основі теоретичних і нормативно-правових засад здійснено аналіз та визначено співвідношення таких правових категорій, як «суб’єкт права», «особа», «суб’єкт правовідносин», «учасник відносин» у цивільному праві. Окреслено критерії, за якими було розмежовано вказані поняття. On the basis of theoretical and legal background of the analysis carried out and determined the ratio of such legal categories as “subject of law”, “face”, “subject relationships”, “party relations” in the civil law. It outlines the criteria that have been separated these concepts.
