    Стаття є продовженням циклу праць, присвячених аналізу норм кримінально-виконавчого кодексу України, які містять заходи заохочення, що застосовуються до осіб, засуджених до кримінальних покарань, а також окремих норм кримінально-виконавчого законодавства, які не є заходами заохочення, однак мають заохочувальний характер. This article is dedicated to analyze specific articles of criminally-executive code of Ukraine that contain promotion measurements, which are used to persons that are convicted to criminal punishment. Moreover, specific rules of criminally-executive legislation, that are not considered as promotion measurements, however have promotional character.
