У статті науково обґрунтовано зарахування до суб’єктів розсуду в податковому правозастосуванні всіх суб’єктів податкових правовідносин, охарактеризовано їхній правовий статус при реалізації владної компетенції, власних прав та обов’язків. The article is scientifically justifiable allocation to the subjects of discretion in the tax enforcement of all subjects of tax relations, characterized by their legal status in the implementation of the ruling of competence, their rights and responsibilities.
