У статті досліджується порядок визначення предмета закупівлі у сфері державних закупівель лікарських засобів і медичних виробів. Установлено етапи визначення предмета закупівлі та надано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення законодавства в цій сфері. This article examines the procedure for determining the subject of procurement in the public procurement of medicines and medical devices.
