У статті розглянуто родове поняття «таємниця», його філологічний, соціа- льний, філософський аспекти, суттєві ознаки та з’ясовано його вплив на становлення й визначення кримінально-правового поняття «державна таємниця». The article describes the generic term “secret” with its philological, social, philosophical aspects, essential features, and established influence on the development and definition of “state secrets” in the criminal law.
