У статті визначено причини невиконання суб’єктами господарювання договірних зобов’язань. Досліджено загальні види забезпечення виконання зобов’язань, регламентованих чинним законодавством, і можливість їх застосування до аукціонних договорів. In article the reasons of non-performance by subjects of economic activity of contractual obligations are defined. General views of ensuring implementation of obligations which are regulated by the current legislation and possibility of their application to auction contracts are investigated.
