    КОЛІЗІЇ В МУНІЦИПАЛЬНОМУ ПРАВІ: ЗАГАЛЬНОТЕОРЕТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

    Дослідження присвячено з’ясуванню основних проблемних питань виникнення, існування й необхідності розв’язання колізій у муніципальному праві, їх специфіки та особливих характеристик. Встановлено, що в країні прийнята й діє велика кількість нормативно-правових актів, багато з яких суперечать один одному, мають внутрішні невідповідності та неузгодженості. Перед юридичною наукою й практикою стоїть завдання глибокого аналізу причин виникнення муніципально-правових колізій, пошук шляхів їх попередження та розв’язання. The research is devoted to the identification of the main problem issues of the emergence, existence and necessity of conflict resolution in municipal law, their specifics and specific characteristics. It is established that a large number of normative legal acts have been adopted and in force in the country, many of which contradict each other, have internal inconsistencies and inconsistencies. Before legal science and practice, the task of a deep analysis of the causes of the emergence of municipallegal conflicts, the search for ways to prevent and resolve them.
