The research employed interdisciplinary and terminological approaches, along with dialectical, hermeneutic, historical-legal, comparative-legal, and systems-functional methods, as well as legal modelling. У дослідженні проаналізовано розвиток правової культури України під впливом реалізації стратегічного курсу на європейську інтеграцію, її роль у модернізації національної правової системи. У процесі дослідження застосовано міждисциплінарний і термінологічний підходи, діалектичний, герменевтичний, історико-правовий, порівняльно-правовий, системно-функціональний методи, а також метод правового моделювання.
