У статті досліджені процесуально-правові засади судового захисту прав осіб, які не брали участі у справі. Проаналізовані підстави звернення осіб, які не брали участі у справі, з апеляційною скаргою з метою захисту своїх прав. In the article the procedural legal basis of the judicial protection of the rights of persons who have not been taken into the case studied. There was analyzed the cause of judicial recourse of these persons with the appellate complaint in order to protect their rights. There was concluded on improvements of these causes.
