У статті порушується питання щодо встановлення межі між управлінням Національною поліцією та її незалежністю в служінні суспільству. Як наслідок, детально розглянуто повноваження Міністерства внутрішніх справ України щодо державного регулювання діяльності Національної поліції. Визначаються повноваження Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, які мають характер управлінських, і пропонується внести зміни до чинного законодавства. The author raises the question of delimitation of the control of the National Police and its independence in the service of society. As a consequence, considered in detail the powers of the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine on state regulation of the National Police. Author home's powers of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which have the character of management and proposes changes to the current legislation.
