    ПОНЯТТЯ Й СУТНІСТЬ СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ КОМУНІКАЦІЇ В СУЧАСНОМУ УКРАЇНСЬКОМУ ДЕРЖАВОТВОРЕННІ

    Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття й сутності стратегічних комуні кацій. Установлено, що на доктринальному рівні дослідження стратегічної ко мунікації відсутні. Підкреслено, що головна та ключова засада комунікацій – гарантування реалізації національних інтересів. Перераховано компоненти сис теми стратегічних комунікацій. Запропоновано власне визначення стратегічних комунікацій. Виокремлено блоки завдань, які необхідно враховувати під час підготовки до процесу стратегічної комунікації. The article is devoted to research of the concept and essence of strategic communi cations. It is established, that there are no researches of strategic communication at the doctrinal level. It was stressed, that the main and fundamental basis of communication: to guarantee realization of national interests. The components of strategic communications system are listed. Author’s own definition of strategic communications is proposed.
