У статті досліджується правова природа відносин, пов’язаних зі здійсненням управління товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю. Звертається увага на наявні недоліки у правовому регулюванні, пропонуються зміни до чинних нормативно-правових актів. Підсумком дослідження є визначення правової природи відносин між управителем і товариством, а також загальних засад відповідальності управителя. The article examines the legal nature of the relationship related to management of a limited liability company. Attention is drawn to existing shortcomings in the legal regulation, proposed changes to current regulations. The outcome of this study is to determine the legal nature of the relationship between the manager and the company as well as the general principles of responsibility manager
