The state of legal regulation of social relations in the sphere of tax secrecy. The basic disadvantages of legal support of the Institute of tax secrecy in the legal system of Ukraine and the author provided suggestions for improving the effectiveness of legal regulation of social relations in the sphere of tax secrecy.
