У статті зроблена спроба з’ясувати сутність та зміст юридичних засад адміністративно-правового механізму реалізації концепції соціальної держави. Автором відстоюється точка зору про неможливість розглядати категорію «правовий акт» в якості синоніма до категорії «юридичний акт». Обґрунтовується позиція про необхідність зміни сучасних уявлень про систему джерел адміні стративного права та їх супідрядність між собою. The author of article attempts to clarify nature and content of legal principles of administrative and legal mechanism of realizing concept of a social state. The author states point of view about impossibility to consider category of legal act as a synonym to the category of juridical act. The point f view about need to change current perceptions of system of sources of administrative law and their subordination to each other is grounded.
