    Стаття присвячена окремим аспектам правової регламентації електронних доказів у кримінальному процесі України. Зроблено висновок, що відсутність законодавчого унормування поняття «електронний доказ» у практичній діяльності призводить до неоднозначного його розуміння та використання в межах кримінального провадження. Для остаточного унормування питання електронних доказів у кримінальному провадженні запропоновано визначити в КПК України термін «електронні докази», їх види, способи фіксації, збереження, форми подачі. The article is devoted to certain aspects of electronic evidence regulation in the criminal procedure of Ukraine. This study examines the definitions of electronic evidence, its various types, and the forms in which it can be submitted, as set forth in the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, and the Code of Administrative Judiciary of Ukraine. The author notes that a definition of the concept of “electronic evidence” is absent from the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) of Ukraine.
