    Розкривається роль органів влади у захисті прав людини в умовах цифровізації в Україні. Зроблено висновок, що використання цифрових технологій не тільки забезпечує реалізацію прав і свобод людини і громадянина, а й безпосередньо зачіпає фундаментальні права людини, причому в багатьох випадках порушуючи їх. Отже, перед державою постає непросте завдання щодо вирішення наявних проблем у цій сфері з метою забезпечення балансу прав і законних інтересів особи, суспільства та держави. The article reveals the role of the authorities in protecting human rights in the digital space. The article highlights that Ukraine has identified digital transformation as a key policy priority, with notable achievements in the implementation of the “ProZorro” and “e-Health” systems, the introduction of 4G mobile coverage, and the launch of electronic services in the public and private sectors, as recognized by the European expert community. In recent years, there has been a significant shift in perspective in Ukraine, with the potential of digital transformation being increasingly recognised as a core driver of the country’s economic future.
