    Статтю присвячено дослідженню стану нормативно-правового регулювання міграції в Європейському Союзі та окремих європейських країнах. Здійснено огляд актуальних нормативно-правових актів Європейського Союзу, а також чинного законодавства окремих зарубіжних країн у сфері міграції. Зосереджено увагу на питаннях співробітництва України з Європейським Союзом загалом і з окремими зарубіжними країнами у сфері безпеки, зважаючи на воєнний стан, що триває в Україні. This article examines the legal framework regulating migration and related issues within the European Union as well as in a number of European countries. In particular, the author examines the current EU regulations that provide for minimum standards for granting temporary protection and determine the status of a person in need of temporary protection (Council Directive 2001/55/EC on minimum standards for granting temporary protection in the event of mass influxes of displaced persons and measures to promote a balance of efforts between Member States to receive such persons and bear the consequences thereof).
