Стаття присвячена теоретико-правовому аналізу основного комплексу питань, що стосуються характеристики сутності поняття, соціальної значимості та типології ознак правомірної поведінки. Автор розробив систему методів стимулювання правомірної діяльності, враховуючи положення чинного українського законодавства, що дозволить глибше зрозуміти природу, зміст, та роль правомірної поведінки в суспільному та державно-правовому житті. The article is devoted to theoretical-legal analysis of the main complex of issues related to the characteristics of the essence of the concept, the social significance of signs and typology of lawful behavior. The author built a system of methods to promote lawful activity subject to the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation, which will allow a deeper understanding of the nature, content and role of the legal behavior in public and state-legal life.
