WAYS OF COMMITTING CRIMINAL OFFENSES IN THE FIELD OF OFFICIAL ACTIVITIES BY EMPLOYEES OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE(2025) ЛУЦАК Сергій; LUTSAK SerhiiУ статті досліджено способи вчинення кримінальних правопорушень у сфері службової діяльності працівниками Національної поліції України. На підставі аналізу положень кримінального та кримінального процесуального законодавства, наукових джерел, а також матеріалів кримінальних проваджень встановлено найпоширеніші моделі службової злочинності та визначено їх структурні елементи. The article examines the ways in which criminal offenses are committed in the field of official activity by employees of the National Police of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the provisions of criminal and criminal procedural legislation, scientific sources, as well as materials of criminal proceedings, the most common models of official crime are established and their structural elements are determined.
