Увагу зосереджено на трансформації змісту та функціонального наповнення цієї політики в умовах суспільно-політичних змін, збройної агресії проти України, глобалізації та посилення значущості прав людини як базової цінності демократичної правової держави. The article provides a thorough comprehensive study of the theoretical and legal foundations, institutional structure and applied aspects of the implementation of state policy in the field of internal affairs of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of the content and functional content of this policy in the context of socio-political changes, armed aggression against Ukraine, globalization and the growing importance of human rights as a basic value of a democratic legal state.
