    У статті розглянуто окремі проблемні аспекти визначення умов договорів купівлі-продажу державного майна, що укладаються в процесі приватизації. На основі аналізу законодавства й матеріалів правозастосовної практики обґрунтовано пропозиції з удосконалення наявних підходів до визначення умов таких договорів. The article considers individual problematic aspects of contract terms determination of purchase and sale of state property which are concluded in the process of privatization. Based on analysis of legislation and materials of law enforcement practice propositions on improving the current approaches to determination of such contractual conditions are founded.
