Стаття присвячена науково-правовому аналізу розвитку правової регламентації захисту земельних прав із дореволюційного періоду дотепер. Досліджено способи захисту земельних прав у цивільному й адміністративному судочинстві. The article is devoted to the scientific legal analysis of the development of the legal regulation of the protection of land rights from the pre-revolutionary period until now. The ways of protection of land rights in civil and administrative legal proceedings are investigated.
