    Для ефективного проведення допиту як однієї з важливих слідчих (розшукових) дій, що дає змогу отримати необхідну інформацію про подію кримінального правопорушення чи перевірити вже наяв ну, слідчому, дізнавачу, прокурору необхідно встановити психологічний контакт із допитуваною особою. У контексті порушеної проблематики заналізовано застосування гумору суб’єктами розслідування як окремого тактичного прийому для встановлення психологічного контакту з допитуваною особою. In order to effectively conduct an interrogation as one of the important investigative (search) actions, which allows obtaining the necessary information about the event of a criminal offense or checking the existing one, the investigator, inquirer, prosecutor must establish psychological contact with the interrogated person. In the context of the problem raised, the use of humor by the subjects of the investigation as a separate tactical technique for establishing psychological contact with the interrogated person is described.
