    Розглянуто зміст принципу політичної нейтральності у діяльності поліцейських та державних службовців, які працюють у Національній поліції України. Аргументо- вано важливість дотримання цього принципу та виокремлено типові випадки його порушення. Висвітлено судову практику у справах щодо недотримання поліцейськими та державними службовцями політичної нейтральності. Зроблено висновок щодо важливості принципу політичної нейтральності працівників НПУ в утвердженні, розвитку та захисту в Україні демократії, прав і свобод людини та громадянського суспільства. The article highlights the essence of the principle of political neutrality in the activities of police officers and civil servants working in the National Police of Ukraine.The author draws attention to the fact that states have the right to restrict the political activity of citizens. These restrictions are applied, in particular, to civil servants, military personnel, police officers and other public servants in order to guarantee their politically impartial activities, combat corruption, maintain the reputation of public authorities and increase public confidence in their activities.

    У статті розглянуто певні аспекти правової регламентації особистих немайнових прав працівників поліції у зарубіжиих країнах. Важливе місце та значення у сфері забезпечення реалізації, охорони та захисту прав і свобод лодини та громадянина в сучасних умовах розвитку лодської цивілізації належить міжнародно-правовим гарантіям. Правова регламентація особистих немайнових прав працівників поліції за кордоном передусім (грунтується на об'єднанні приватних та публічних інтересів поліцейського. Здійснюючи заходи щодо охорони публічного порядку та безпеки, працівник поліції залишається також і в статусі фізичиої особи як учасника цивільних правовідносин. According to the research, received on selected aspects of the normative regulation of personal non-property rights of police officers, ensuring social order and the conduct of service in foreign countries, we see this as an inherent combination with the general provisions of civil law and the specificity of service activity in general. However, importantly, the effective exercise of personal non-property rights that ensure the social being of a police officer depends on the perfection of the legal framework governing the procedure and conditions of service in the police force and the effective protection of these rights.
