    Актуальність дослідження статусу особи на підприємницьку діяльність зумовлена розумінням суб’єкта підприємництва як фізичної особи – підприємця (людини й громадянина) і колективних суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності (юридичної особи). Метою дослідження є характеристика змісту конституційно-правового статусу фізичних і юридичних осіб. The relevance of studying the status of a person in entrepreneurial activity is due to understanding of a business entity as both an individual entrepreneur (a person and citizen) and collective entities of entrepreneurial activity (legal entities). The purpose of the study is to characterize the content of the constitutional and legal status of individuals and legal entities.
