У процесі дослідження порушено проблематику з визначення поняття зняття інформації з електронних комунікаційних мереж з позиції технічної термінології. На практиці це зумовлює деякі правові неузгодженості та юридичні колізії під час ведення кримінального провадження, що й визначає мету цієї статті. In the process of research, the issue of defining the concept of removing information from electronic communication networks from the standpoint of technical terminology was raised. In practice, this leads to some legal inconsistencies and legal conflicts during criminal proceedings, which determines the purpose of this article.
