    У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження організаційно-тактичних і процесуальних засад призначення комп’ютерно-технічної експертизи під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах стрімкого поширення цифрових технологій і постійного посилення ролі електронних доказів комп’ютерно-технічна експертиза набуває значення однієї з найзатребуваніших форм використання спеціальних знань у кримінальному провадженні. The article presents a comprehensive study of the organizational, tactical, and procedural principles underlying the purpose of computer-technical examination during the investigation of criminal offenses. It is substantiated that, given the rapid spread of digital technologies and the growing role of electronic evidence, computer-technical examination is becoming one of the most common ways to apply special knowledge in criminal proceedings.
