Акцентовано на ролі пенсійного забезпечення як одного з провідних складників механізму реалізації соціальних гарантій цієї категорії населення. The study provides an analysis of the administrative and legal framework for ensuring the socioeconomic rights of persons with disabilities in Ukraine, taking into account current transformations in state social policy. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of pension provision as one of the key components of the mechanism for implementing social guarantees for this category of the population.
