    У статті досліджується окремі проблемні питання щодо сприймання й урегулювання міжнародного досвіду розвинених країн світу по використанню досвіду наданні адміністративних послуг у сфері ліцензуванню обʼєктів дозвільної системи та зроблено висновок щодо започаткування досвіду інших країн в законодавство України. Головною метою роботи є аналіз зарубіжного досвіду легалізації вогнепальної зброї, оцінка запровадження зброї на території України та зміна нормативно-правового регулювання незаконного володіння зброєю. The article examines certain problematic issues related to the perception and regulation of the international experience of developed countries in the use of administrative services in the field of licensing of licensing system objects and draws a conclusion about the introduction of the experience of other countries into Ukrainian legislation. The main purpose of the work is to analyze foreign experience in legalizing firearms, assess the introduction of firearms in Ukraine, and change the legal regulation of illegal possession of weapons.
