    Монографію присвячено формуванню наукових положень і практичних рекомендацій щодо використання спеціальних знань під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, вчинених шляхом підпалу. У межах дослідження визначено правові засади розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, вчинених шляхом підпалу, сформульовано поняття, окреслено зміст і форми використання спеціальних знань за таких умов. Висвітлено особливості використання спеціальних знань для встановлення елементів криміналістичної характеристики кримінальних правопорушень, вчинених шляхом підпалу. Проаналізовано використання спеціальних знань під час проведення огляду місця події, інших слідчих (розшукових) дій; визначено засади та виокремлено особливості проведення судових експертиз під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, вчинених шляхом підпалу. Видання призначене для науковців і практиків, які цікавляться окресленими питаннями. This monograph is devoted to the development of scientific principles and practical recommendations regarding the use of specialized knowledge in the investigation of criminal offenses committed by arson. The study identifies the legal foundations for investigating criminal offenses committed by arson, defines the relevant concepts, and outlines the scope and forms of specialized knowledge application in such cases. The study highlights the specific features of using specialized knowledge to establish the elements of the forensic characteristics of criminal offenses committed by arson. The use of specialized knowledge during the examination of the crime scene and other investigative (search) activities is analyzed; the principles are defined and the specific features of conducting forensic examinations during the investigation of criminal offenses committed by arson are highlighted. This publication is intended for scholars and practitioners interested in the issues outlined herein.
