    СУТНІСТЬ І ЗМІСТ КРИМІНАЛІСТИЧНОЇ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ УМИСНИХ УБИВСТВ ІЗ ХУЛІГАНСЬКИХ МОТИВІВ

    Стаття присвячена криміналістичній характеристиці вбивств із хуліганських мотивів як науковій категорії, що має як теоретичне, так і практичне значення. Проведено аналіз наукових думок щодо поняття, сутності та змісту криміналістичної характеристики. Визначено структуру криміналістичної характеристики вбивств із хуліганських мотивів, яка містить відомості про спосіб злочину, особу злочинця, особу жертви, мотив вчинення злочину, час, місце та обстановку вчинення вбивства, слідову картину вбивства. Проаналізовано кожен із елементів криміналістичної характеристики досліджуваного виду злочинів та визначено їх загальні ознаки. The article is devoted to forensic characterization of murders of hooliganism as a scientific category, which has a theoretical and practical. The analysis of scientific thought about the concept, nature and content of criminological characteristics. The structure of criminological characteristics of murders of hooliganism, which contains information about a crime the way the identity of the offender, the victim's identity, motive of committing a crime, the time, place and circumstances of the murder, the murder of trace picture. It analyzes each of the elements of criminological characteristics of the test and type of crime defined by their common features.
