The relevance of the study is conditioned by the serious threat of illegal arms trafficking carried out by organised groups and criminal organisations to public and national security under martial law and the need for coordinated interdepartmental and international counteraction to this phenomenon. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена серйозною загрозою незаконного обігу зброї, здійснюваного організованими групами та злочинними організаціями, для громадської й національної безпеки в умовах воєнного стану та необхідністю скоординованої міжвідомчої та міжнародної протидії цьому явищу.
