    У статті проаналізовано сучасні проблеми та перспективи формування і реалізації адміністративно-правового статусу Вищої кваліфікаційної комісії суддів України. Встановлено, що адміністративно-правовий статус Вищої кваліфікаційної комісії суддів України є складною правової категорією, який визначається її місцем та роллю в справі суддівського врядування, а саме – формуванні суддівського корпусу, переведенні суддів, а також забезпеченні їх належного кваліфікаційного рівня, характеризується її компетенцією та юридичною відповідальністю, як самої Вищої кваліфікаційної комісії суддів України – державної установи, та і її працівників – державних службовців. mmission of Judges of Ukraine The article analyzes the modern problems and prospects of formation and implementation of the administrative and legal status of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine. It is established that the administrative and legal status of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine is a complex legal category, which is determined by its place and role in the case of judicial government, namely – the formation of a judge's corps, the transfer of judges, as well as to ensure their proper qualification level, characterized Legal liability as the highest qualification committee of judges of Ukraine – a state institution and its employees – civil servants.
