    У статті проаналізовано актуальні проблеми механізму адміністративно-правового регулювання прав на свободу думки, совісті, релігії в Україні. Зазначено, що юридичні механізми гарантування, захисту та реалізації прав на свободу думки, совісті та віросповідання набувають особливого знаення, оскільки останні традиційно розглядаються як складові forum internum – внутрішнього святилища людини (розуму), де формується, набуває остаточного вигляду і застосовується здатність мислити. Натомість, зовнішній аспект цих прав – forum externum – розуміється як свобода виявляти свої переконання зовні. The article analyses the current problems of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of the rights to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion in Ukraine. It is noted that the legal mechanisms of guaranteeing, protecting and realizing the rights to freedom of thought, conscience and religion are of particular importance, since the latter are traditionally considered as components of the forum internum – the inner sanctuary of a person (mind), where the ability to think is formed, takes on its final form and is used. Instead, the external aspect of these rights – forum externum – is understood as the freedom to express one's beliefs externally.
