    У статті розглянуто специфіку охорони результатів інтелектуальної, творчої діяльності людини різними інститутами права інтелектуальної власності, їх переваги, особливості. Вказано про можливість комплексної охорони об’єктів права інтелектуальної власності, можливі варіанти такої охорони, розглянуті приклади. Вибір належного способу охорони творчих результатів залежить від багатьох факторів – виду результату, мети, якої прагне досягти автор, стратегії діяльності тощо. This article deals with the specifics of the intellectual, creative human activity results protection by various institutions of intellectual property law, as well as their advantages and features. The possibility of complex protection of intellectual property rights’ objects is highlighted, considering possible options for such protection and specific examples. The choice of the creative results protection appropriate method depends on many factors: the result type, the goal the author seeks to achieve, activity strategy applied, etc.
