    Стаття присвячена дослідженню відповідальності в енергопостачанні, її відмінності під час застосування до інших видів договору. Окрім того, обговорюються питання застосування заходів оперативного впливу та зарахування таких заходів до відповідальності за договором енергопостачання, а також розглядаються загальні положення про умови відповідальності, які розповсюджуються на енергопостачання. The article is concerned with the research of reliability in electric power supply, its difference during applying to the other types of the contracts. Alongside this the article under consideration is concerned with the issued of application of retaliatory measures and relate such measures to the electric power supply contractual liability, as well as the article deals with the general provisions on the liability terms and conditions that are applicable to electric power supply.
