Стаття присвячена аналізу підстав і форм забезпечення позову в цивільному судочинстві й порядку та часу його реалізації як однієї із гарантій відновлення порушених прав та інтересів у цивільному процесуальному законодавстві України. This article comes to characterize the analysis of evidence and forms of security for a claim in civil justice and its order and implementation time, as a guarantee for the civil procedural legislation of Ukraine for restitution of infringed rights and interests.
