    Стаття присвячена розумінню сутності соціальної функції місцевого самоврядування у сфері житлово-комунального господарства. The article is devoted to understanding the nature of the social function of local government in housing-Utilities and finding ways its effective implementation. Posted authors’ view on the mechanism of realization of the social function of local government in housing-municipal services, ways of reforming its fundations.
