При характеристиці об’єктів інтелектуальної власності, в яких відображається лікарський засіб, автор виділяє специфіку кожного з них, а саме: винаходу, корисної моделі, промислового зразку, знаку для товарів і послуг та підкреслює особливість їх взаємодії та взаємозалежності. Також автор приділяє увагу ролі портфеля інтелектуальної власності на лікарський засіб у питанні боротьби з контрафактними продуктами. The article is devoted to the analysis of each component of the portfolio of objects of intellectual property for a drug in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Characterizing the objects of intellectual property in which the drug is displayed, the author highlights the specifics of each of them, namely the invention, the utility model, the industrial design and the trademark, and the feature of their interaction and interdependence.
