Сформовано що запобігання адміністративним правопорушенням пов’язаним з корупцією у Збройних Силах України – це превентивна адміністративна діяльність спрямована на системну нейтралізацію причин та умов які потенційно становлять об’єкт адміністративного правопорушення пов’язаного з корупцією та мінімізацію корупційних ризиків в службовій діяльності Збройних Сил України. In the dissertation, on the basis of a systematic analysis of regulatory and legal acts, international standards and internal service tools, the practice of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the theory of administrative law and scientific and theoretical positions, the legal principles of preventing administrative offenses related to corruption were formed, disclosed and improved in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Prevention of administrative offenses related to corruption in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a preventive administrative activity aimed at systematically neutralizing the causes and conditions that potentially constitute the object of an administrative offense related to corruption and minimizing corruption risks in the service activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.запобігання корупціїЗбройні Сили Україниprevention of corruptionArmed Forces of Ukraine
