Вказані напрямки розглядаються в контексті світової тенденції запровадження та розвитку основ персоналізованої медицини. В основу дослідження покладено поняття «фармакогеноміка», змістом якого є дослідження різноманітних генетичних варіацій задля використання цієї інформації в процесі розробки, виготовлення та призначення лікарських засобів з метою зменшення побічних реакцій у людини. Саме такий індивідуалізований підхід лягає в основу персоналізованої фармацевтики. The legal aspects of pharmacogenomics and pharmacogenetics are examined in the article, as well as the prospects of their application in the legal sphere in Ukraine. These directions are considered in the context of the global trend of establishment and development of the basics of personalized medicine. The research is based on the concept of "pharmacogenomics", the essence of which is the investigation of different genetic variations for the use of this information in the process of developing, manufacturing and prescribing medications in order to reduce human adverse events.
