Подано коротку характеристику цієї моделі та зазначено про важливість розвитку інструментів аналітичної розвідки у правоохоронній діяльності. Описано модель 4-і щодо розуміння ILP як організаційно-управлінської філософії. Акценти зроблено на складових процесу аналітичної розвідки, виділяючи саме збір та поширення даних, інформації й аналітичних матеріалів. Розкривається зміст цих складових та зазначається важливість їх забезпечення саме в контексті упровадження моделі ILP. The article focuses on modern issues of law enforcement reform based on the introduction of a new model of Intelligence-Led Policing (hereinafter – ILP). A brief description of this model is presented, and the importance of developing intelligence tools in law enforcement activities is noted. Emphasis is placed on the inadequacy of the study of the problems of the implementation of this model, in particular regarding the peculiarities of its use, and as a result, the presence of gaps in the efÏciency and effectiveness of efforts guided by intelligence.On the basis of the description of the 4-і model, the organizational and management philosophy for understanding ILP is revealed.
