Зроблено висновок щодо важливості принципу політичної нейтральності працівників НПУ в утвердженні, розвитку та захисту в Україні демократії, прав і свобод людини та громадянського суспільства. The article highlights the essence of the principle of political neutrality in the activities of police officers and civil servants working in the National Police of Ukraine.The author draws attention to the fact that states have the right to restrict the political activity of citizens.
