Проаналізовано особливості надання доступу внутрішньо переміщеним особам до різних освітніх рівнів та їх вступу до навчальних закладів. The article outlines the procedures for guaranteeing the right of internally displaced persons to education. The state was confronted with significant challenges in guaranteeing the constitutional rights of individuals who were compelled to abandon their fixed place of residence as a result of ongoing hostilities.
