Визначено, що протокол судового засідання як процесуальний акт-документ пройшов певний історичний розвиток і у наш час перетворився на більш прогресивну форму оформлення з використанням технічних засобів інформації. Фіксація технічними засобами та точний запис судових процесів необхідні для справедливого здійснення правосуддя, захисту прав та законних інтересів громадян та організацій. The article contains a historical analysis of the procedural form and content of the protocol of the court session. It is indicated that the record of the court session as a procedural act-document has passed a certain historical development and has now been transformed into a more progressive form of registration using technical methods of information.
